How do I receive my vehicle?

• We have 2 different delivery options:

1. You can fly to Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee, Wi.. We will arrange for you to be transported to Van Horn Dodge from the airport via shuttle. (Free of Charge)
2. We can arrange transportation for a nominal fee. Most customers have the vehicle shipped to the nearest border crossing. Van Horn Dodge will provide you with a quote based on destination. Once shipped the transport driver will contact you with a meeting point and time to recieve your new car. This makes crossing the border very efficient and easy. When and where do I pay Sales Tax?

•  When a customer is from a foreign country (Canada, Mexico, etc...) you will not pay any sales tax to Van Horn Dodge, the State of Wisconsin or the United States. You will only pay Van Horn Dodge the asking price of the vehicle plus any service fees and shipping charges applicable to your transaction.

 
How do I buy a vehicle from Van Horn Dodge?

•  Visit www.vanhorndodge.com, pick out a vehicle you would like to purchase.

• Look over all the pictures in detail and Call our Sales Department at (800)-236-0151 or e-mail b.oconnor.vanhorndodge@contactdealer.com to put a deal together.

• Your Sales Professional will secure the vehicle with a credit card deposit via phone or e-mail and discuss delivery options with you! (Transport or Fly-in options)

• Van Horn Dodge will fax a copy of the sales contract to you. Take this to your local bank and get a certified check or have them wire the money to our "International Wire Account". (wire information will be supplied at the time of purchase).

• All the necessary paperwork will be overnighted to your address, (sales contract with price of vehicle, shipping cost, down payment, etc.).

• Sign all Paperwork where "Highlighted" and return to: Van Horn Dodge, 3000 Eastern Avenue, Plymouth, Wi 53073

How do I get my vehicle over the border?

• Contact the Border Crossing of your choice to obtain the Import/Export sheet. Fill out all information and return (Hyperlink to Border Crossings by State at bottom of the page).
• We will fax the front/back of the vehicle title, sales contract, and recall clearance letter to the border for you, (Just provide us with the fax #). This must be done 72 HOURS before crossing the border!!

• You will have the Title "In-hand" when crossing the border to complete the transaction.
